So I’ve been working out pretty hard over the past few months. I started getting into this caper when I realised I was getting sore knees from carrying around extra weight. That’s when I really started upping my cardio during the week.
At the same time I began a weightlifting routine every second day. Results were coming but they were slow. So I read up on all the different online forums about which supplements people use to get the best results. That’s when I started taking creatine. The only thing is I had no idea which would be the Best Creatine Monohydrate, so I read up about it on TwoDogZoo.
After reading some of their recommendations I went out and bought my first bottle. I have to say, I’m impressed with how helpdul it has been and I’ve been able to stack on muscle at an extremely fast rate. So that’s my first post. Look forward to adding more as I progress.
